The Youth Council of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz extends the space for the study of the Youth Centre, from 37 seats available to it to date to 100. The study room will be open a total of 26 hours, Friday to Sunday.
The mayor of Education and Youth, Esther Poveda, explained that this measure responds to increased demand for the service by young people, especially students of the University of Murcia.
The reorganization of the offices of the Youth Center, with expanded space for studying, will continue until February 7, coinciding with exams period UMU and enabled again in subsequent calls from May to June and June lulio because, by the experience of previous years, for the rest of year is enough with 37 spaces and the center should be compatible with other activities, such as workshops programming and alternative leisure time 'Caravaca Young' .
The study hall of the Youth Centre is open to the public every weekend, like other leisure spaces for children and youth.
The schedule of the center, located in Avenida de Los Andenes is Friday from 17.00 to 23.00, Saturday from 10.00 to 14.00 and from 17.00 to 00.00 and Sundays from 10.00 to 14.00 and from 17.00 to 22.00.
