The City of Caravaca de la Cruz offers residents an office of the Housing Plan 2013/2016, which will be informed of the subsidies included in the plan, as well as providing advice on the procedures required to process the application of the Financial contributions.
This information point is located on the premises of the Office of Transparency and Public Participation, located on the street Cuesta del Castillo, No. 2, and will run from tomorrow, 28 January, until next March 3 from 9.00 to 14.00.
Aid and subsidies for which the application deadline is open are: 'Aid for housing rent "and" Subsidies for the rehabilitation of buildings'.
Grants for rental housing
The purpose of this aid is to finance part of the rent payable by the tenants of rental housing, facilitating access and stay in the same individuals belonging to population groups with limited economic means.
Beneficiaries may be individuals older who meet each and every one of the following requirements: hold or be able to sign a lease on a building in Murcia;
who leased or lease housing and permanently constitute habitual residence of the lessee;
that all persons who have or will be domiciled in the rented housing (family unit) have Spanish nationality, or of any of the states of the European Union, or in the case of non-EU foreigners with legal residence in Spain ;
the rent established in the lease does not exceed the amount of 500 euros per month and the income of people who have, or will have, its registered housing are in your set above 0.5 the minimum wage.
It will grant aid of up to 40% of the annual rent to be paid by the rent, with a maximum limit of 200 € per month and 2,400 per year per household.
The aid can only be enjoyed for a year, the final date December 31, 2016 or while supplies last budget item.
The deadline is two months, starting from December 29, 2015.
Grant for the rehabilitation of buildings
The subject of the grant are works and conservation, energy efficiency and accessibility: Facilities and own equipment, common proprietary previous collective spaces and buildings to 1981 buildings with serious structural or other damage.
The beneficiaries are communities of owners, associations of owners and communities sole owners of residential buildings.
The maximum amount of the grant may not exceed EUR 11,000 per household and per 100m2 of floor space.
You will be limited to 35% of the eligible costs of the action (50% for improved accessibility).
The deadline shall be two months, starting from January 1, 2016.
