The City of Caravaca de la Cruz held yesterday afternoon in the regular plenary session for the month of June that was postponed on Thursday by unanimous consent of the corporation to dispute the semifinal match of the tournament.
The mayor and the three political group spokespersons began the session with words of remembrance for the recently deceased socialist Ginés García Andreu, father of former mayor, Antonio García-Martínez Reina.
Before starting the agenda, the city council observed a minute of silence in mourning.
The discussion focused for much of the plenary in urban character points concerning initial and final approval of the General Municipal Plan of Arrangement.
Also also approved the consolidated text of PGMO, process by which an end to an arduous process of administrative tasks that had their beginning in 1992 as the Town Planning recalled, Amador Lopez, who noted that the document that orders the development of the municipality protects more than 56% of the municipality.
The approval came through with the votes in favor of Grupo Municipal People's Party and the refusal of the socialist municipal groups and United Left.

The opposition groups opposed to the proof of this point and expressed its disappointment over the delay in submitting them.
IU spokesman, Juan Berbell, stressed in his intervention that has requested the cooperation of the opposition to prepare the budget, while the Socialist spokesman Carmen Porras, alluded to the accumulated debt and lack of investment capacity.
The debate ran out of time budgets established in the regulations of the full length and motions from the opposition groups are still pending for the session next July.
