IU + Greens Caravaca de la Cruz (Murcia) has submitted amendments to the ordinance regulating the rate of supply and distribution of potable water to the beneficiaries of the exemptions and subsidies in the bill are "people who really need it" .
This was announced today the spokesperson of the coalition in that locality, Juan Berbell, who noted that with these amendments is to implement a "more just political, social and redistributive" and to promote water saving.
Berbell suggested that large families with economic status "identical" to the pensioners and the disabled, and with some of its more than a year without receiving unemployment and unemployment benefits, have the same exemptions.
He also called for when there are no subsidies to large families whose income per capita exceeds 8,000 euros per year, provided they do not meet the characteristics set out above.
As to the fares for domestic use and others suggested that the cubic meter (m3) of water costs 1.19 euros when the consumption is between 15 and 40 m3, while if it exceeds the spending rate will increase to 5 euros.
