Public Works authorized the expansion of the bus line between Caravaca and El Moralejo (19/10/2008)

The Ministry of Public Works and Planning, through the Directorate General for Transport and Ports, has authorized the extension of the bus line linking Los Royos to Caravaca de la Cruz, extending its five-mile ride to El Moralejo , which will benefit over 1,300 residents of five rural communities travel El Moralejo, Los Royos, Singla, La Almudena Navares.

The most favored are high school students and teaching is not compulsory, since it has been set forth a schedule that leaves at 6:45 am in El Moralejo and arrives at 8:00 am to Caravaca de la Cruz, and back , with scheduled departure at 14:30 and arriving in El Moralejo at 15:30.

This service is being offered every day during school hours and non-holiday Monday of the year, except the last day of each month.

The ticket price ranges between 1 and 2 euros, depending on the length of the journey.

Grants to rural bus lines
