Members of the corps of the Guardia Civil and local police and technicians of the City of Caravaca related to the area of women have attended a course in which they have analyzed different aspects of how to cope with a case of gender violence and abuse of a minor.
Judges, psychologists, medical examiners and officials of the National Police have been responsible for teaching the course organized by the Department of Women, Family and Social Development.
During the last week has been studied through theoretical and practical cases the real problems of abuse and the steps to follow with the victims.
In other sessions the speakers addressed the mechanics and operation of speedy trials and criminal typologies of domestic violence.
Councillor Carmen Ruiz, who closed the course yesterday, made a highly satisfactory results of this initiative because it has helped improve and coordinate the work of professionals, overcoming some of the myths surrounding child abuse. "
On the day of the closure also addressed the judge Fatima Saura, who focused his presentation on the investigation of crime of violence against women.
