The concert will be held at 20.30 am in the Convent of the Carmelite Fathers, founded by San Juan de la Cruz in 1586.
Dolce Sirena, an original ensemble of Renaissance flutes formed entirely by women, recall the spirit of the season, joining: Music (works of Juan Vasquez, Pedro and Antonio de Cabezón Ruimonte) and poetry (Lope de Vega, Garcilaso de la Vega and Luis Gongora) in an unforgettable night.
This unique tribute to one of the best poets of our history on the anniversary of his death is the result of the proposal made by the director ECOS0809 cycle, José Luis Sánchez, Renaissance music group Dolce Sirena, with support from City Council Caravaca de la Cruz. "The purpose of this series, held in Cartagena, Lorca and Caravaca, is to the memory of the historical spaces of our city," as pointed out the mayor of Culture, Maria Cruz Pérez .
