The signing will take place at the International Festival of the Spirit Way, a fair in which Caravaca de la Cruz will participate with a stand next to the cities of Santiago, Jerusalem and Rome.
This festival, which was created to unify the supply of the main destinations of religious tourism located in Europe, is aimed at anyone interested in knowing the main pilgrimage routes.
By that agreement Caravaca de la Cruz will be part of the Roads of Europe under the sponsorship of the Caja de Ahorros de Mediterraneo (CAM) in order to promote the exchange of experiences among the major historical and religious itineraries and launch joint initiatives .
Through this agreement, intends to implement quality services focused on the pilgrims and encourage the promotion of different destinations attached.

The ceremony was also attended by Vicente Sala and Angel Martinez, directors of the CAM, sponsor of the Pathways initiative in Europe.
The Councillor for Tourism, Gonzalo López-Auguy, also in Rome, has said that the roads of Europe project will serve to promote Caravaca Holy Year 2010 and beyond Spanish borders.
Also, Lopez-Auguy stressed the importance of promoting the Holy Year in the main religious tourism trade fair in a booth which will be announced the cultural and religious city.
