Caravaca City Council has begun the recruitment process for drafting the design and execution of works Multifunctional Cultural Center.
The Tenders Committee met this week to begin the process of analysis and assessment of the 24 bids submitted for tender with the opening of administrative documents.
It will be next week when members of the board know in detail the various projects.
The 24 proposals submitted to the tender come from large national companies and joint ventures made up of several medium-sized enterprises.
"The project has attracted interest from companies of great importance to regional and national level, so we think that the quality of this project is assured.
Now began a complex process that will lead us to determine the most advantageous offer, "said the Town Planning, Amador López.
The Multifunctional Cultural Center will be located in an area of over 13,000 square meters purchased by the City Council, with input Mayrena street.
With this facility, budgeted at 12 million euros, the municipality aims to provide a large space to meet needs of social and cultural.
As reflected in the draft, the center will have an audience hall for holding concerts and other events with capacity for more than a thousand spectators.
You can enable other spaces such as library, archive and multipurpose rooms for holding events.
