The Holy Year 2010 will be present in more than thirty national tourism fairs and international level throughout this year thanks to the special plan for the promotion and dissemination launched by the city of Caravaca in close collaboration with the Government of the Autonomous Community.
This fact gave it to know in the morning the mayor of Caravaca, Domingo Aranda, and the Councillor of Tourism, Gonzalo López-Auguy at the opening of the fair of tourism and leisure Turismur de Torre Pacheco.
Caravaca City Council has supported strongly the main tourism fair in the Region of Murcia, installing a unique stand for the Holy Year, which is located in the center of the flag of IFEP.
Caravaca is in this edition of Turismur a significant role, since, besides the stand of the Holy Year 2010, the supply of rural and cultural tourism in the municipality is present in a protagonist in the area of Murcia Turística and Commonwealth Services Northwest tour.
The Pilgrims, a group of fun characters that will promote during the coming months, the Jubilee Year in Spanish cities, are still one of the great attractions of this fair.
Among the hundreds of people along this morning visited the stand included the presence of the Minister of Culture and Tourism, Pedro Alberto Cruz, and the Director General of Tourism, Angel Campos.
The mayors of the neighboring towns of Bullas Cehegín and also wanted to know the space devoted to Caravaca in Turismur.
