The mayor, Domingo Aranda, and Council Member for the Environment, Antonia M ª Álvarez, today presented the Mobile Ecoparque to tour the town and the various districts caravaqueñas with the aim of bringing to the public service of waste collection.
The Directorate General of Planning, Evaluation and Environmental Control has funded more than 75,000 euros on new vehicles, while the City will provide 20,000 euros annually to cover the costs of upkeep and maintenance of the service.
Accompanied by staff of the company Cespa, Domingo Aranda and Maria Antonia Alvarez took the opportunity to present a new collection service staffing and cleanup.
This is a collector, funded with 34,000 euros by the Autonomous Community, for the collection of waste in remote areas of the town.
The mobile service will be operational Ecoparque on Monday, coinciding with the weekly market next to the post office.
The other locations and times are fixed in leaflets distributed by the City municipal buildings and other establishments.
In the mobile Ecoparque can deposit bulky waste is not no place in traditional containers such as oil, batteries, fluorescent tubes, metal, small appliances, glass and paint, among other materials.
The Councillor for the Environment has stated that the EcoPark will continue to operate fixed, located in the Industrial Cavila Sale and the collection of household service.
