More than 60 members of the Association of Terrorism Victims (AVT) held on Sunday a day of living in Caravaca de la Cruz.
Among those attending were members of the national leadership as President of AVT, Juan Antonio García Casquero, the vice president, Perdaza Angeles, and the treasurer, Manuela Lacharro, and the chairmen of the delegations in Murcia and Cordoba.
The day will begin at 10.00 am with the reception at the Plenary Hall of the City Council by the Mayor of Caravaca, Domingo Aranda, who will welcome the members of the association and its president will deliver a gift on behalf of the city.
Later visit the Basilica de la Vera Cruz, museums and the sources of the marquis.
AVT president explained that periodically these meetings are convened as a therapy and that for a time was his wish to enter one in Caravaca de la Cruz.
The Association of Victims of Terrorism is an apolitical organization of care and charity was founded in 1981 in order to assist and support all victims of terrorism and their families.
The role of the partnership was essential to the achievement of important political, social, and judiciary have improved substantially, the situation of victims.
It has also helped to awaken a greater sensitivity to those suffering from terrorist brutality.
Today the total population served by the AVT exceeds 6000 people.
