Caravaca next week will host the international meeting Europan-Youth-Meeting which will be attended youth and authorities in Austria, Germany, Italy, Poland, France, Portugal, Czech Republic and Spain.
In total there will be about 140 people that participate in this activity this year organizes and subsidizes the Youth Council of the City of Caravaca.
The mayor of Youth, Antonia M ª Álvarez, presented today this initiative together with the coach Juan Aznar, has said it is "a great opportunity to raise awareness of the cultural richness of our city and our region on the outside and in turn, a good way for youth to learn cultures of other countries through coexistence. "
Jorquera Alvarez explained that the City of Caravaca is committed to organizing this event last year in Austria, when a group of caravaqueños was part of the meeting.
Among the objectives pursued with the conclusion of this activity is promoting European values and create opportunities for intercultural encounter.
Participants will be part of a comprehensive program of leisure-based activities, gastronomy and culture of the Region of Murcia.
Also Saturday July 25 gala will be held Young Europe in which each country will conduct a sample through various cultural events.
