In his round of visits to major companies in the region of Murcia, the Minister of Universities, Business and Research, Salvador Marín, has moved to Caravaca de la Cruz to see the production plants and Aljema Dessert Queen accompanied by the Directors-General of Industry and Commerce, the general director of INFO and aldermen of the City of Caravaca Amador Lopez and Carmen Ruiz.
Marin said that both companies are examples of organizations that invest consistently to create competitiveness and quality jobs.
Desserts Reina produces a million and half units per day, which has become the second company in Spain in terms of volume production of desserts.
It currently has 220 employees and their next big challenge is to open a plant in Portugal, which produces 15,000 tons of annual desserts.
For its part, Aljema, with more than 300 workers, has a wide variety of precast concrete produced with advanced technology.
