The Department of Works Works and Services of the City of Caravaca, through the concessionaire of the municipal water Aqualia, is carrying out a comprehensive plan for cleaning the drains in the municipality.
The tasks are being done with specialized trucks in the sewerage system to avoid possible flooding due to heavy rains.
Municipal Water Service has trucks and cleaning machines specialized in such tasks.
These vehicles use a high pressure pump required for optimum operation, the use of potable water to ensure the absence of solid particles that can damage the pistons of the same and therefore impede the realization of cleaning.
These days the workers of the Municipal Water Service have stepped up inspection of the sewer by the special climatic conditions for the correct operation of the networks with the rains that are expected.
From Aqualia report that this year has developed an intensive cleanup campaign preventive network of 10,000 meters.
