Within its Outreach Programme and Development of Self-Employment, Ucomur is providing a series of talks in Caravaca to encourage job creation and strengthen the business in the Northwest Region.
This program, scheduled for 2009-2011, I was part of the Regional Plan of Social Economy of the Autonomous Region for the creation of social economy enterprises.
So far these talks have attended workers workfare programs of the City and users of local employment centers and the Youth Center.
During the sessions discussed different aspects related to the creation of cooperative enterprises, job search techniques, how to write a resume, how to prepare a personal interview and a letter, along with a number of job boards where you can go to insert your resume.
In addition, during these talks Ucomur reports of courses are available at present and the type of personal advice that can receive the permanent headquarters located on Calle Juan Carlos I.
"It is important to demonstrate to society that there are other ways to create employment through the establishment of cooperative enterprises, reporting on the characteristics, advantages and benefits of this business model, have pointed out since the Union of Worker Cooperatives Region of Murcia.
During 2009, Ucomur been developing training plans and advice on working in partnership with the city of Caravaca de la Cruz.
Some Ucomur main objectives are the promotion and development of cooperatives, the work by the creation of stable and quality employment, training and retraining of workers and strengthening of cooperatives.
