IU + Caravaca The Greens have tabled amendments to the ordinances of 2010 proposed by the local municipality on property taxes, buildings, installations and infrastructure, and value of urban land, and the regulation of holidays childcare.
IU spokesman + Greens in Caravaca, Juan Berbell, explained that an amendment has increased adding to the ordinance relating to Property Tax (IBI) which suggests that households whose per capita income is less than $ 10,000 are not entitled to bonus.
Berbell also raised families all members are unemployed one year before the tax assessment and have no income of any other to obtain a rebate of 95 percent in the tribute set for real estate.
It has also proposed to grant a subsidy of 50 percent in construction, installations and works for residential housing cooperatives promoted by non-profit organization, whose members have a choice in full to their first home.
As to the ordinance regulating assists and stays in day care, has tabled an amendment Berbell addition to households with all members unemployed not entitled to provide benefit of a deduction of 95 per cent share of the service.
It has also raised the need for the ordinance relating to tax on the increased value of urban land includes a bonus of 25 percent if the rateable value is between 70,000 and 150,000 euros, and 10 percent if it exceeds the latter amount.
