The Municipal Socialist Group echoes the serious deficiencies and problems posed by CRA schools Quipar Valley (La Almudema) and CP Virgen de la Candelaria (Barranda), on which the government team's Party is unable to provide an effective and satisfactory.
Since beginning the demolition of the 'old school' of The Almudema to make it a municipal shelter, this hamlet I become the public library therein situated, installation and continuous valued formal use by the residents.
The 'solution' offered by the competent council in this matter, is to use for this purpose room of the current school teachers, which would mean the loss of a room in use since it has no space to house the library .
This solution does not convince either the teacher or the parents' associations, which have sent a letter to the Ministry of Education for them to get the problem.
From the socialist ranks believe this hamlet deserves a decent library, and are responsible for the government of our town who must find a suitable solution without affecting other facilities.
This is the result of improvisation and lack of commitment from the Popular Party government with the neighbors.
Furthermore, we understand that the best response option gives the problem is the creation of a room attached to the Social Hall or the hostel future under the new Plan E government of Spain.
In this way the City would not have to pay Caravaqueño a single euro of their battered city coffers and be given a definitive and satisfactory solution.
In the case of the shortcomings of the Virgen de la Candelaria CP Barranda, it is worth noting the problem of heating in the center.
The boiler that provides heat to the school is ready to heat 800 m2, but the center has an area de1600 m2, radiators are obsolete and not functioning properly, lacks adequate insulation in the aluminum windows, so he lost the little heat generated by heating.
The answer to the problem given from the government team has been his recurring 'we're at it' with no start date or provide specific action to perform.

These two issues will be brought to the plenary session held on December 12 where councilors ask those responsible to speak out about their intended solution to these issues.
Also should be noted that the Municipal Socialist Group has withdrawn a motion, after discussion in the relevant committee, referring to the search for improvements (structural, play materials - educational and other needs that can be seen as necessary furniture, computers, Internet, etc..), the nursery of San Francisco, as the Councillor for Education and Works and Services is committed to begin the urgent work in the month of December and continue to work steadily on improving the center.
