The mayor of Caravaca, Domingo Aranda, the area director Cajamurcia, Pedro Antonio Hurtado, and the president of the Association of Promoters of the Region of Murcia, Juan Hernandez, along with a group of promoters caravaqueños, today signed an agreement collaboration in order to facilitate access to housing for young people in the municipality.
The deal comes with the intention to offer the youth of the town of Caravaca de la Cruz, registered as seeking shelter in the list of subsidized housing, a housing with a limited price, 15% below the current market price; and favorable financing conditions, thus helping to facilitate access to home ownership.
Furthermore, this agreement aims to facilitate the sale of existing homes, to re-start the developer and construction activity, and the keeper of generating jobs.
With the aim of boosting demand for housing existing at the same time, to promote the marketing of housing surplus, they have made commitments to provide adequate funding by the financial institution Cajamurcia, the commitment of the promoters of a maximum prices and the participation of the City in terms of information and promoting the Convention among young people.
Hall and Cajamurcia addition, this agreement has been signed by the heads of enterprises and real estate developers of Project 02 Management Arco, Lopez Gomez de Construcciones y Promociones, Navarro & Sons, Structures and Rehabilitation Building Munagar and Promotions and Cifuentes.
