The Press Office of the Autonomous Community, under the Ministry of the Presidency and Public Administration, joined as of today in their press release alluding to a logo commemorating the Jubilee Year in Caravaca de la Cruz.
The Press Office of the Community in 2009 produced and distributed nearly 4,000 news media autonomous, national and international levels to disseminate the activities undertaken by the Executive Murcia and the different departments in the regional administration.
These data were complemented with more than 3,500 photographs and over 2,000 sound files, which were sent to the media via email and made available to the public in the 'Current Information' web page Autonomous Community.
This initiative adds to the dissemination strategies promoted by the Autonomous Community to achieve the best possible deployment resort for the celebration of Jubilee 2010 in Caravaca de la Cruz, among which is, among other things, the promotion of this event in most important international tourism fairs.
The Holy Year is held permanently in the town every seven years.
Caravaca de la Cruz is considered (since in 1998 Pope John Paul II granted the Jubilee Year in perpetuum) one of the five holy cities of Christendom, along with Santo Toribio de Liebana, Santiago de Compostela, Rome and Jerusalem.
