Caravaca de la Cruz hosts the next Wednesday, April 21, the first conference on Rights and Duties of the Health System in the Region of Murcia.
The conference will bring together over 150 healthcare professionals and will be attended by the Minister of Health, M ª Ángeles Palacios, and the mayor of Caravaca, Domingo Aranda.
The opening session is payable by the secretary of the Regional Advisory Council of Healthcare Ethics of the Ministry of Health of the Region of Murcia, Jesus Cárcar Benito, who will deliver a talk about the new law on the Rights and Duties of the Health System Region of Murcia.
Next, will be held the roundtable "Do homework the users of the health system?" With the participation of counsel of the insurance company Zurich Teresa García Calvo, the technician responsible for information María Paz Martínez Romero, and Medicine specialist Judicial Medical Ethnic and Rafael Pacheco Guevara.
In the afternoon, the conference will focus on the role of civil society in Healthcare with a lecture by the president of the Spanish Patient Forum, Jovell Albert Fernandez.
Close the program of the conference a panel discussion on the rights of users of the health system comprised of Civil Law professor Juan Antonio Fernández Campos, Professor of Constitutional Law, Magnolia María López Pardo, Chairman of the EAA Golden Age, Antonio Romero Hoyuela , and the head of service centers, services and establishments of the Ministry of Health of the Region of Murcia, José Antonio Molina Illán.
This conference, to be held in the auditorium of the North West Regional Hospital, is organized by the Ministry of Health of the Region of Murcia, the Department of Health of the City of Caravaca and Training Foundation and Health Research Region of Murcia.
